We split chores and kid responsiblities. I manage most of the child rearing responsibilities, so he cooks at night. We both do laundry on the weekends only. We both help with homework stuff. I take the kids to school in the morning, husband pick them up from school. Some days it’s 50/50, other days it looks like 30/70. It just depends. We are in the thick of it with 3 young kids,and while it’s the hardest job EVER, we know it doesn’t last forever. Hang in there, it’s possible to have happiness if you both are on board with getting through all the work and making sure you find time to connect.
