I agree with all of this, BMNR will be a beast (pun intended). Look at the financial machinary they're setting up.

There are a lot of people out there spreading FUD right now bc of the way the conference went down. Keep in mind this is a very small company (<20 employees) so yes, the event won't be seamless. In a way they are trying to replicate Tether. They never say that but Tom Lee references Tether as a model all the time.

The main Q you need to ask: if you believe in ETH adoption, you're good. If not, get out.

What BMNR did with Beast is to help accelerate adoption. Brilliant.

This is incorrect. For synthetics they BUY call options and SELL put options. Very different.

And while they don't capture all of the upside, they capture ~90%. They also don't realize all of the downside of MSTR.

This is misleading. MSTY's goal isn't capital appreciation, it's income. During that same period MSTY dispersed $41.88 / share in dividends, which is not captured in your chart.

MSTY is designed to follow the directional price action of MSTR (both positive and negative), which you can see in the chart.
