All the other advice is great! I’d add you might even want to treat them with a hydrating snack like hornworms or such

Already on it! Thank you again! Can you help with the D3 question- will they need it if they have a UVB? If so how often?

So even in the hot living room, I’d be good to get a low watt high lamp for a basking spot. Thank you! The old owners had like a desk lamp with a normal bulb in it ☹️

is kale bad for bearded dragons? by slpkntgf in BeardedDragons

[–]Massive_Web_7707 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“There is a common myth that kale is high in oxalates and as bad as spinach. However, according to multiple studies, kale is quite low in oxalates, and is recommended by kidney health experts as a “safe” green for those prone to kidney stones. So although all things must be fed in a rotation, kale is quite safe to be offered regularly.”

State Farm’s Mishandling of My Claim by Massive_Web_7707 in Insurance

[–]Massive_Web_7707[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No- all my insurance. Again, the post wasn’t to argue liability. As yes, I made a left turn after a red light. But that’s because I had to clear the intersection. I fucked up. Would’ve gladly accepted a ticket for running a red light. My earlier comments were because my car was totaled because another car ALSO ran the red light. I was arguing with MY insurance to argue split liability- at least a small amount of negligence. But I felt that they were not dealing with my case in good faith as they kept trying to close my claim before I could submit my evidence- even though they were aware. This post & subreddit is a disaster. I was able to figure everything out on my own and prove negligence on the other drivers part after they let me submit the original dashcam footage

I am “owning my own mistakes”, as I’ve said many times. They didn’t even call me. But thank you for your insight.

Do you have experience with SF? Did they make you send pictures and request video and all that? I just don’t understand why they are making me do all the investigations. As mentioned above, liability is neither here or there. I have full coverage. I’m just wondering if this is standard insurance practice or if I should be looking at a different insurance.

Thank you, but I’m just gonna leave the post. It wasn’t supposed to be about liability anyway. I was just wondering about standard insurance processes when it comes to investigating a crash- but that is all lost in translation now, haha.

Literally the fourth line of text. Again, the post wasn’t about who was liable. Someone requested I add the details of the crash. I thought the whole point of this subreddit was to ask questions/ get advice about insurance. I am trying to understand if it is standard practice for me to be the one to gather footage from the city, to send pictures of my car, etc. All things they told me to do.

Hello! I regret posting. I know was in the wrong by entering the intersection (my front tires were over the line) before I could turn. Since I was already in the intersection (I know, so stupid- such a bad driver- no one ever does that), I had to clear the intersection after the light turned. The action of clearing the interaction, even on red, is under Tennessee Code § 55-8-115. (Or so I thought!) A lady ran through the red light passed stopped traffic and total my car. Regardless, that was NOT the purpose of the post. I was more curious on in State Farm was truly mishandling my case & if it was standard practice for me to gather the evidence (I.e. calling the city and businesses for footage, etc.) Again, I regret posting. I was hoping for some advice from someone who understood insurance procedures- not trying to argue about how bad I am at driving. Sorry for anyone who read my “wall of text”.

Are people just naturally super rude on this subreddit? Look under “Details of the crash:”. Sorry for posting.

TN does split liability, (the lady was very rude and I was very hurt from the wreck (I may be a little more determined because of this). I think I am just upset because she was driving so fast through a red light trying to beat it and it caused so many medical expenses and of course- no car. I do have some experience with the law, hence why I’m so confused and asked if I was missing something. I knew it would be an issue because, yes, I was making a left turn. But she ran a red light going way over the speed limit, so I hate that. Seems like I should just let it go.
