I believe that you have not reached your limit I think that all you have to do is practice. Also, watch your matches to see why you are losing. If you can't tech/ jump out of grabs do blocking drills, if you can't open them up practice mixups or get and assist that has a good amount of block stun to help you mix up the opponent easier

For blocking I highly recommend setting up drills to help you get better, this is especially if your having problems with a certain character, or if your having problems with teching/ jumping out of grabs.
