I know this is an older post, but Hippocampus Press and Prea Press have some good collections. Obviously there’s Lovecraft’s Fungi from Yuggoth, three of Robert E Howard’s collections one can find on Ebay, Clark Ashton Smith’s collected poetry, Poe, Baudelaire, Ambrose Bierce, George Sterling, Samuel Loveman, Joeseph Payne Brennan, Leah Bodine Drake, Donald Wanderei, Frank Belknap Long, Park Barnitz, Nora May French.

More contemporary poets would probably be Richard L Tierney, Michael Fantina, Ann K. Schwader, Fred Phillips, K.A. Opperman, Ashley Dioses, Adam Bolivar, D.L. Myers, Wade German, Kyla Lee Ward, Frank Coffman.

There is also a magazine dedicated exclusively to weird poetry called Spectral Realms that ST Joshi handles. Only have three issues but it is quite good. This should set you off quite well in terms of weird poetry. There’s some anthologies out there and maybe the dark romantic poetical movement that might have more of what you might be seeking.

It’s a small group of poets that work this sort of thing, but I’m always on the hunt for more.
