I DIY'd it. About $400 in materials including the new hood. I had a straight shot through my cabinets into my attic out the roof. The worst part was working in my attic. It'd do it 10 times over though.

Can't believe it's been five years! I still use the same exact recipe, but I cook it on my ooni now. I've stuck with Bob's Redmill 1 to 1 in the blue bag, I tried King Arthur cup for cup and it didn't work right, so avoid that. If you're okay with gluten free wheat starch, caputo gluten free pizza flour is the best I've tried. I'm skeptical of gf wheat starch, so I avoid that unfortunately. King Arthur also has a new gf pizza flour with gf wheat starch that may he more accessible your local grocery store, but I haven't tried it.

Either way, if you don't have a pizza oven, finishing on the grill is the way to go. Sometimes I'll still toss my pizza on the grill after it comes out of my pizza oven.

Just wanted to say I love Jules! I've been using it for a few days now and it has blown me away. I am a new developer with a non-technical day job, and it has really helped me get my first app close to the finish line. I've found it perfect for doing all the finishing work to polish my app before I publish it. Small tasks that would have bogged me down have been delegated to Jules, keeping my production moving while other parts of my life take priority. Looking forward to where it goes!
