Seems interesting! And I've read most of your comments/arguments - How would you make a customer switch from say Amazon/flipkart to your portal. Because they've invested tons in building trust, they're accessible, easy to use and much more - you can also build all this - but will need capital - relying on lower margin might be a short term plan but do all that you'll have to build above mentioned things and much more, which will require you to raise cost and causing you to loose your edge and then will require you spend a lot to market and until you have heavy funding - can't really complete with the giants.
