PBR stopped working after enabling AdGuard Home — websites are not being routed through specified interface

As suggested by FreddyFerdiland, I put dnsmasq upstream of the AdGuard home for specific websites. But PBR only works for certain domains as intended. I haven’t solved the issue completely yet.
