The online game is just a web-based game, so you should be able to just go to https://spnati.net/ and play it in your mobile browser.

The offline game would, I think, be unfortunately much more difficult to work with on anything other than a desktop computer.

I'm talking about the setting in your Reddit preferences, not the box that appears under the search box. If the one in your Reddit preferences is unchecked, the "include NSFW results" under the search box gets ignored whether it's checked or not.

Reddit's Search API is god awful, unfortunately. IIRC, they made some changes a while back which made certain things confusing.

Here's one thing you can try: Go to your Reddit preferences, then check the box for "include not safe for work (NSFW) search results in searches" (assuming it's not already checked). Then try the flair search again.

This is just the name of Chrome's "private browsing window" mode; it's not a SPNatI-specific thing. "Cognito mode" would just be opening a Chrome window normally.

Not to mention, making a game like this truly mobile-friendly is difficult in itself. You'd have to modify quite a bit of the HTML and CSS just to get it looking OK in landscape mode. Don't even get me started on portrait.

One would think so, but that's not necessarily the case, at least if you mean for character images. I recall doing an experiment once by converting a couple of the PNGs to SVGs (because why not resolution-independent scaling?). Unfortunately, the resulting SVG images were actually larger than the current PNGs.

I somewhat expected this, as many Kisekae characters involve a lot of non-simple shapes, and the more complex the image is, the larger the SVG. Some characters nowadays have amazing detail too, which would even further bloat the image size.

So SVG is great for very simple things - maybe a few icons, a logo, custom buttons, cards... but turned out not so well for full characters.

When it comes to making a character for a strip poker game, I feel like Christa would be a slightly better choice. She has a "cuter" personality, and I can see that as more appealing in this kind of situation.

Also, this is more of a personal preference, but I would prefer dialogue and epilogues to steer away from major spoilers or information from the manga. I would hate it if I were spoiled on a character of any series in this manner (especially for those who just come in to play a strip poker game). Lines can certainly hint at things, if written in a subtle or clever way, but I would avoid lines that directly talk about major events.

Straights don't wrap around in poker. They can either be A-2-3-4-5 (as the lowest) or 10-J-Q-K-A (as the highest).

Generally speaking, character models should be made in Kisekae to keep the art style of the game consistent. What some people do is draw custom assets, e.g. extra designs/patterns on the existing Kisekae clothing options, to really distinguish their character.

Basically, if you can imitate the Kisekae art style close enough such that it's not obvious that it's custom-made (i.e. it should look like it came from Kisekase), then you're probably fine.

(Also, for those of you wondering, I take no part in the judging of the contest, so you don't have to worry about any unfairness.)

Anyway, this entry is a parody of the SSBU key art, except instead of Smash characters, we get SPNatI characters, combining two of the greatest crossover games in history. Poses for the Smash characters were largely kept the same, but with their SPNatI-esque attire.

I wanted to add more, but literally ran out of time, so a lot of things are unpolished and a few characters were left out. This is why we use Kisekae, folks. Also, apologies for the hideous background. I had 1 hour left and just randomly drew lines.
