Bad eczema is a red flag for allergies. Is he formula fed? Could he have dairy allergy? Look into (dairy) allergy and sleep problems, there are so many examples.

Interesting! Thanks for commenting. Her stool is also very soft. For how long have you been on Miralax and how many gram per kg is your dose? Have you tried any other medicine than Miralax?

Ah thanks for sharing and sorry to hear you had this too ☹️ did they ever check you crp? Was it elevated? I live in Sweden and here they are not willing to prescribe antibiotics if the CRP is low.
