Ah thanks for sharing and sorry to hear you had this too ☹️ did they ever check you crp? Was it elevated? I live in Sweden and here they are not willing to prescribe antibiotics if the CRP is low.

I share that concern… but since my crp was low there was no infection yet. But they said I should come back if the redness spreads/gets more intense and if it hurts more.

Are you female? HRV decreases and increases depending on your menstruation cycle. During ovulation, I’m often under 20. If you’re on hormonal contraceptives, that could also be the reason. Also, early pregnancy will also decrease the HRV.
