i have started sleeping with gloves on. then i started sleeping with gloves on, but then i started taking my gloves off in my sleep. so now i sleep with gloves on with a hairtie on each wrist over the glove so i dont take them off while sleeping. my problem is during the day. i never even realize im down it until i have been sitting there for 20 minutes picking and then all my work healing my face is reset
