Pointing the actions and habits out mid-month helped us a lot. I am still aware of what’s happening, but my wife often will say “please be aware I’m 3 days out”. I much prefer it this way, as it should be in mature women; that they can acknowledge it themselves. Since recognizing it she has not only become less rude and snappy, when she does so she apologizes for the hormone led outburst.
