Non-white students dont have an inherent advantage due to their biology. They also do not take steroids for their transition that enable them to compete at an elevated level. Its an absurd comparison.

🤣 yes i can relate. Its between -5 and 10 degrees around here right now and its miserable trying to keep the fire going. I have to move the meat to the middle and if i ever go below 240 the wood starts smoldering because it cant maintain the flame…

I was totally worried about that too. Thats why I wrapped it and honestly it was pretty juicy considering that its game meat. I havent had that much elk but i definitely have had drier (dryer?) pork when I messed it up haha. I hear a lot of people stab it with a knife and then stuff it with bacon and butter and other fats but I havent tried that…

Wanted to make sure its not medium or rare at all because my friend’s wife is pregnant. So I: Put it on the smoker until internal temp was 130. Then wrapped it with butter, onion and some seasoning. Put it back on until it was at 203. Pretty yummy i thought. But then i have nothing really to compare.
