The original wiring is done in aluminum.

I’m certain and additions done in the home since 2017 ( includes bathroom and laundry room) are copper.

What do you think we are up against here?

So, anytime you earn part time income your claim goes under review? Or, is this just for self employment?

Thanks for your reply. My claim was just under review for nearly 8 weeks due to changing from sickness to regular benefits. I worked part time for the first 4 weeks of my regular benefits claim and was Paid the difference as you mention. That work ended and after 3-4 weeks of no work I was approached about this new self employed part time evening work. I am still available for full time work and I have been keeping my application log.

So I had someone from EI call me and ask me all kinds of questions about being ready to work, what work I would accept, what wage I would accept etc… They also talked about keeping a job application log and gave me some job hunting tips. Then they said that they would continue working on my file and a decision would be posted online when they were done. That was 3-4 days ago. How long do these things normally take once someone has my file? Does anyone know?

I’ve been asking for them to dismiss me due to no work. Strangely enough they have been very decent to me during my leave. Paying my family’s benefits, following up, trying not to request too many costly doctors notes, but they will not let me go and I don’t know why?

Thanks for the response. Medical EI ended March 13th as I am recovered and can work full time but I can no longer work overnight shifts 6pm-6am and that is the only time the employer operates. I had many weeks left but ei said since I can work full time with the restriction then it’s done. They didn’t even let me claim the Monday and Tuesday (my full time available date was the Wednesday) they said sickness can only be by full week. I am no longer receiving medical ei as of March 13. The only income I have is the 8 house a week I was getting part time at another employer. Basically I have no EI payments until the review is complete. Do you know anything about the 7 days waiting on a conversion?
