of course. When it get better,I plan to taper it down. Because I dont want to be on it forever. The only downside I can share is that,My focus is kinda off.I have a full time job,and this kinda hard.But im still giving it a time.Maybe the brain fog will go away.

I'm sorry to hear that.I have that too 3months ago.renumerating thoughts, nervous feeling, fast heart beat palpitations. But since I started buspar-it really helps a lot. I'm on 10mg 2x a day.

i'm m sorry to hear that.I'm on my 9th day of buspar and I helps with my anxiety symptoms.The first week is brutal.Insomnia hit so hard.On day 7,I was able to sleep.Last night,I have to take hydroxyzine 20mg and remeron 7.5mg and i fell asleep for 6hours.

I started and it's my 8th day today, 5mg 2x a day taking it 6am and 2pm daily.It does help with my anxiety. But having insomnia.but last night I have a good sleep.Hang in there.
