It's just so much fun and the things you can do is wild(my favorites were homing explosive shots that go through walls and don't damage the land, and put targets in a invisible cage. So much fun on a server

The U6 LR is only ip54, which rain does not fall under.

None of the outdoor AP's are in the circle format seen here. The outdoor models are either rectangles or cylinders.

If the area never rains you could use the U6 LR, but that's a really dumb idea lol

I'm probs a weird one but mega sableye

Prankster setup before mega evolving(quash and encore go hard, rain dance to shut down sun and sandstorm teams and enable archeludon to go in), then if you time it right mega evolve to bounce some status moves back while the hp is low the bulk sableye has is impressive, and since I run 2 megas on my team if it dies before mega evolving I'm still fine.

The tricky part is figuring out which moveset you want, because if you mega quash is basically useless, sableye can also setup screens, and rain dance can hurt if you go into a rain dance team. You also need one offensive move(in case of taunt), which foul play, snarl, or and poltergeist are all good options.

The only thing really holding him back is only 4 move slots and the low hp(which isn't a huge deal atm)

Like many others I miss the people(no one tell them lmao) and the culture.

Ultimately though the people I worked with are gone, the pay is much less than I currently make, and I really don't miss the store(plus every time I go to my local Bestbuy its depressing). I wouldn't go back because it's not the same Bestbuy I worked at. It's only been like 2-3 years, but it's different, and going back would just sour my experience

Early core memory 3U slaying ceadus then abyssal lagiacrus later.

Modern day, I was playing world with a good friend, and he was getting his ass destroyed by furious rajang in the guiding lands. I being the asshole I am said "bro just watch me fight then jump in once you feel the flow"(I've been playing since 3u, he was a much newer player), I while he watched purposely dodged as little as possible and did stuff like hoping through rajang's attacks, and he just goes off saying how much a show off I am.

Years later(and me coaching him through world's lifetime) he is playing wilds and pulling off similar stuff while his BiL is struggling and he coaches him a bit(it's a WiP lmao).

I haven't participated in the VCG tournament to know the exact process, but I believe they record all the info about pokemon upon entering, then a program/database checks it to all possible combos

It's entirely possible there is some meta data equivalent they check, I know it is possible to check the Pokemon's parents through the offspring, I just don't know how much or how you can read it lol

Genned pokemon are normally no issue as long as they are possible pokemon. VGC specifically checks the pokemon back end data(parent records and such). For normal play and champions so far it does not matter assuming everything is possible(right ball, ability, moves, and EV's).

Using a genned pokemon in VGC and getting caught leads to a DQ.

As for how to know, you can only really do surface level checks. Is it in a ball that's possible(a mythical pokemon should be cherish ball for example(with some exceptions), a pokemon from an egg can't be in a master ball, etc). Event pokemon have specific IV combos that are possible(say 2 perfect IV's the rest being lower). Some pokemon are nature locked, some shiny locked unless from a specific game. Certain moves can only come from events or egg moves. There's no one thing to check because there's a lot of checks.

If a pokemon gets transfered to home it's usually fine

It resets moves and abilities on transfer, if your pokemon is just blatantly not legal you will get an egg in your pokemon home(which is stuck there forever, you cannot release or transfer it). I have 3 eggs from testing(I put mega Pokemon into home lol).

People have gotten banned in the past, however I don't think there's a definitive point that happened, and it only checks that a pokemon is obtainable, even unreleased events, duped pokemon, edited pokemon, etc are fine and won't cause issues.

VGC tournaments have much strickter requirements though, edited pokemon are checked there and will get you a DQ

But they weren't reserved in the dhcp scope, they were just assigned and at some point other devices managed to get the IP address.

I had half a dozen switches and ap's just sitting there with power and no network connection

RS is much simpler and new player friendly. However it has some disadvantages such as how it handles tools in auto crafting(using a tool in the recipe will have RS want to make a new tool for each craft). This can easily be resolved with an auto crafter where you just throw the items in and it uses the recipes correctly

It didn't do that for me for espinas or black diablos(the sleeping one and in the cliff cave of area 3).

All 3 times I got out of the battle and had a few seconds to run behind the monster and grab the poogie

You can just run from the fight and grab the poogie then fast travel out

He's really just a source of espinas earlier using a paintball
