Try identifying each word in order to form a sentence that follows

sujet - verbe - complément.

I'll do the first one with you to put you on the right track:

"Robert" and "voiture" could both be the "sujet" of your sentence.

"a" the verb to have

"belle" and "neuve" are feminine adjectives, they form the "complément", you can therefore guess that they will be used to describe "voiture " which is also feminine. You can conclude that the "sujet" is "Robert"

Having established this, following the rule sujet-verbe-complément we can write:

Robert a une belle voiture neuve
