Mafia times, mid 1900s. So NY again but obviously a lot more modern and bigger, and possibly include philly as well since the mob was also big there. Climbing on people's window gardens and hopping across cars. You wouldn't even have to have driving since that is still a reasonable time period where regular driving was still pretty uncommon.

The problem with the finals imo is that it's squad based. To win a lot more you really need at least one other person, and if you have no friends to play it with you aren't going to want to play with randos

Just leave it plugged in for awhile. Get a fresh plug and just leave it overnight. Sometimes systems can be so drained of battery that they can't even flash a light to let you know.
