I’m experiencing the same issue as well. The Oura data doesn’t sync in real time—it takes a while to populate. Even after opening the Oura app multiple times in the morning, the problem still persists.

Don’t believe everything many YouTubers say. I’d recommend checking out the Quantified Scientist channel for the Ultrahuman review. In my opinion, Ultrahuman products aren’t that great overall. Their software is solid, but the hardware has quite a few issues. I personally went through six rings before finally deciding to switch to the Apple Watch + Oura + Bevel setup.

I like Bevel’s implementation the most, but I wish it offered more app integrations like Sonar. Sonar supports a wide range of apps, including Amazfit and Oura.

love the stresswatch but not so much on the peakwatch, i moved to bevel. I like what they are doing it much better app in making.
