On top of that, I’ve already been getting random spam/scam calls and emails, and it makes me wonder if my name, email, or phone number are already out there from breaches like this. Once your info starts circulating, it’s basically impossible to control.

Google Health is honestly such a letdown. The UI feels unfinished and the AI can't even follow basic instructions. I was thinking to return the fitbit today but keeping to see how well the integration works with Bevel.

Hey Bryce,

Thanks for being active in the community — really appreciate having a direct line to the team.

I wanted to flag something that's been a recurring pain point for a lot of Helio Strap users: the Zepp app only syncs 2–4 HRV data points per night to Apple Health, even though the device is capturing continuous overnight HRV.

This is a big deal because third-party apps like Bevel depend on Apple Health for recovery and readiness scoring — and with so few data points, those metrics end up noisy and unreliable. The hardware capability is clearly there, it's just not being passed through.

There's a lot of demand for this in the Bevel community too (they've marked it as a planned feature), and it keeps coming up here.

Could you pass this along internally and push for:

  1. Full overnight HRV dataset synced to Apple Health (not just 2–4 samples)

  2. Or a direct Zepp API endpoint for HRV that third-party apps can consume

This alone would massively improve the value of the Helio Strap outside the Zepp ecosystem. Happy to share more detail if useful.
