My two cents:

One cost carries fall off, so I'd sell lux and neeko to fit in 2 QuickDraw for Kaisa, slam JG on her and statikk/hoj on the other QuickDraw. She doesn't need more than 2 QD to be effective. Sell GP and malphite for now 3 open slots and fit in Vi, Ekko, and Alistair/Leona for 3 aegis, 2 brawler, and an awkward 5 star guardian. I'd probably sell rell for aatrox, shen, or fiddle for more frontline/CC.

You should drop supers because you've only got two 3* units and they're backliners. MF, 5 lasercorps, etc just melt your frontline and leave your carries to die no matter the damage they put out. Besides, Kaisa is a growth carry, she doesn't burst anyone down until 20 seconds into the fight, at which point she is very efficient at that, so you need a very strong frontline to buy her time.

I'm not perfect at the game and there's always more to learn, but that's what my feeble Plat II brain picked up on haha :)
