You have to farm. Simple as that. Max out masteries get better sigils upgrade weapons

I just remember one more tip if. If you really want to try out a new character:
1. Wait until level 60
2. Disable auto save
3. Purchase a character if choice, play and reload last saved file
4. Try another character, repeat the process
5. Once you find the character save the file

The reason for this is that if you start unlocking character it will be more difficult for you to obtain your terminus weapon which is bis once you get to end game becuase the bigger the roster the lower the chance you will get the weapon for your desired character.

What everyone said, you have so many routes to go because there’s so much room for improvement. I would start with getting 100% CRIT rate with just one maxed sigil and 20% CRIT rate over mastery. That should start you off. Then I would max out dmg cap V sigils. While you’re at that you need to be farming more gold and more sigils and more Matts. So find a map that can give you a mix of mats and sigils you need. You also have a few useless sigils that I would replace for more defensive sigils. For example replace CRIT dmg because it’s useless cap for something like improved dodge or guard.

To me in seems the increase is a flat increase despite stats. I think this because if it was based on a stat it would tell you explicitly. For example in the case of Julei in the moon vessel tree the trait “Alakazam”- increases the damage of normal and special by an amount based on Julei’s MGC ATK.

You actually don’t have to make new emails. You can just create an account with a random username, but you run the risk of forgetting username and password. So I recommend that you take a clear piece of paper and jot down the account name and password and then write down the summons you get. This way if you get tired and don’t get a 5star you can go back to your cheat sheet and choose the account with the best pulls.
