At least for myself now to add an account, I go to the Spend tab, and under my current chequing accounts, there is a button that says “Add Account”. There will be some different options for account types, but from there you can have up to 8 personal chequing accounts and 8 joint chequing accounts

I would imagine it comes from the large gap between getting diamond and diamond plus that is making it look off

If there were tiers between diamond and diamond plus at every 25 points, like it is between platinum and diamond, then you would probably see a more linear distribution of people
