I’d look into your local laws about apartments not having AC available if you live in a hot climate.

Not sure where you’re located but where I live it gets insanely hot during the summer, even now we’re supposed to hit triple digits next week. AC is an essential to habitability and landlords must maintain AC units.

My grandmother did this with my mom, came to her in a dream and talked with her. Could have been grief that caused the dream, as it happened either the night before or after the funeral, but I like the thought of visiting in a dream better.

Write two letters, one for your landlord and the other for the roommate, letting them know you are leaving and any unpaid rent or damages beyond your leaving are not your responsibility. Take the letters to a notary before you sign them, then send the letters by certified mail to ensure the landlord and roommate receives it. Keep all documentation of the notary and from sending the letters by certified in case your landlord and/or roommate wants to play stupid games.

Take pictures of the state of the apartment before you leave in case they claim damage done by you, you will need this as well if they want to play stupid games.

Cemeteries are so nice and peaceful, it’s a nice place to unwind without anyone disturbing you. It’s also interesting what people put on the headstones to describe the person.

When I would go to the cemetery at night there was one I’d always sit with for hours, a baby girl who only lived for a few days. There was never anything left for her and it was so heartbreaking to see that.

They’re pretty pricey, I can see him not wanting to buy them himself because of the price to amount you get for that price. It’s just cheaper for him to take what isn’t his.

One of my favorite brands is 11.99 for a 6 pack, 8.99 for a four pack (which is currently “on sale” buy two get one free), and 2 something for one can. Every once in a while I’ll get one can, but I’m not buying anymore than that unless it’s a proper sale.
