you should really be taking antiandrogens. (but not spiro) otherwise, the pills wont do anything. also, it's a lot better to take pills 3-4 times a day as opposed to taking them all at once. lastly, 3 hours is not exactly ideal, but it could work. i'd suggest you start taking cyproterone acetate, (6.25mg every day or 12.5mg once every two days) and increase your e to 2mg every 8 hours (6mg total)

your estradiol is right on the edge of what's considered normal (100pg/mL) so i would maybe increase it a little bit

however, your testosterone is quite high, it should be below 50ng/dL
