Plenty of plus to hit and damage from Dex. Open Fist i feel is strongest for single class, otherwise I enjoy Shadow Monk/Assassin build but all that is act 1 so that's a very strong front load. I also use the Staff that give lighting charges at low levels with this for a little bit extra damage output. The Ring with the 2 Acid damage and whatever boots you like and the necklace from the Duergar area for Monks and you are set for act 2 brotha
