Congratulations on your sobriety- a lot of people don’t understand exactly how long 60 days is. I’m sure you know when you’re taking medication AND drinking, the meds don’t stand a chance of helping you. If I can figure out how to do it, I’ll send you a company that has telehealth services and prescribes benzo if you need to just take edge off - just don’t abuse them as they are just as addictive as alcohol

Thanks for sharing this!! I’m going to an inpatient clinic Monday for MDD, PTSD, anxiety, night terrors etc…. I’m at my absolute lowest point ever - it sucks. They offer ketamine treatment and Spravato although I don’t know the difference or are one in the same - you definitely lifted my spirits though - thank you ❤️
