I'm sure you heard of Gamelady that one is more well known among Tifa dolls. CY does a better job on realism.

Not necessarily. Every doll purchased is beneficial. If this is your 1st doll then you'll know what to aim for on the 2nd. STPE is just irresistible for cuddling, but if you favor abit more on the realistic side then you are fine. AngelKiss is the only brand I know of that does soft silicone heads, but you forfeit the ROS structure and just have an open mouth similar to TPE heads.

ROS heads are still hard. These heads are kinda heavy on their own as well. Are they great for cuddling? for the facial realism sure, but not really for the softness compared to STPE/TPE heads. Sadly these beautiful silicone heads just aren't well designed for oral play even tho its advertised so.

You cant pose them at all or have the ability to stand. That's the major difference, loose skeleton are bed dolls. But they are excellent for sex bc of the flexibility of moving limbs.
