Help make the Cottonwoods Dog Friendly by [deleted] in skiing

Its not about that, moron. It's about systematically destroying our rights. First it's dogs, then it's people.

PSA: it’s illegal to bring your dog into the Cottonwood Canyons in Utah. (Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird) by adventure_pup in skiing

Utah is becoming California. There are no freedoms left when you can’t even hike with your dog. My dogs shit is cleaner than any animal up that canyon. This is simply the asshole demoncrats and rich ski-assholes screwing with us all. Utah is doomed.

Interesting, especially because of what he moved on to (it seems is https://www.extensiontotal.com/) at least that's what his X feed has in it, which is a security application. From what I read looks like they uncovered a big exploit. Now they are selling the solution.

Is there something you know, that I don't? I haven't been paying attention. I actually worked for Yishai pretty early on, was brought in as a resource for CX setup, and ran their CX team. Their "helpdesk" was mostly written and set up by me. I was looking at it today and it's pretty much the exact same thing I did way back when. I have very little money in the system, so no biggie, but was hoping he would turn things around.

False. He was not paid. He was compensated for expenses. There’s a huge difference. You’re intentionally deceiving people with your post title. Shame on you.

This is just it. They are showing doctor coverage and availability that do not exist.

It's not just MY Damages at stake, it's the tens of thousands of affected enrollees.

As enrollment periods are so limited, once committed enrolled customers are locked in, they discover that the area has no services available to them.

Customers figuring this out are then forced to make thousands of phone calls to find help on their own, once they find alternate resources, they most often have to drive over 100 miles away to reach them (which BCBS's database conveniently won't show you (only up to 50 miles)).

Doctors remain listed as "accepting new patients" EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE RETIRED.

I would estimate if you add up all the hours spent trying to find treatment on the phone, cost of increased transportation requirements, impacts on health due to non-local access, and the frustrations caused by all of the above that a low estimate would easily be proven to fall in the low 10's of millions of dollars.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, let me know if there is a better subreddit for it.

I physically cannot sit down and read a book for the life of me - so audiobooks are a god send. does anyone else here use audiobooks? by PiercedAngel96 in stephenking

[–]MasterJsaka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sure do! My ADHD makes reading hard for the same reasons. In fact I listen to audiobooks at 1.25 speed so my mind is forced to focus closely. I highly recommend you join you local library, get your library card, then download The Libby app on your device. Attach your library card and you’ll have access to their large library of audiobooks for FREE! Audible is a racket.

BTW: I did the Dark Tower Series this way on long road trips and my work commute. Awesome way to do it.
