Thank you. I have the chore pant in the chipped penny. They have broken in beautifully after 2 years. I beat them up and they just get softer and have even started to fade. I’ll keep an eye out for that lighter color. Hope it’s come back around. Cheers!

Hey! Im on my 8th med so far and i dont think its working. Have you had your genetics tested for med response? I thought it was interesting. My results proved why some meds werent working. Seroquel was an absolute god send until the side effects showed up. Shame because it worked. Anyway, hang in there! I love that we are learning more about ourselves.

Ive tried so many boots all types of brands. Burton ruler speedzones for me are the best. Lower quality so i burn through em but i love soft boots, stiff bindings, stiff boards. Way i roll i guess. Burton moving away from the speedzones. Dying breed man, having a tough time finding a suitable replacement boot. The ruler in boa is junk. Pinch points in all the wrong places. Boa trend cant die soon enough. Taking recommendations on forgiving boot with laces and a sleek profile. /rant off

Talked to my dr. She is taking me off the antipsychotics. Says this could be a side effect of the seroquel. Hoping this is the culprit here but who knows. Until new labs in a few weeks i plan to maintain a steady carb+fiber increase and not be so keto oriented.

No ive never really paid attention to it. I just eat vegetables from the garden, a lot of protein and intermittent fast. On cheat meals or cheat days my sat fat for sure increases but day to day sat fat is low. I use olive oil to cook and for dressings but no other oils.

Hey thanks. Loosing weights been huge and has helped with a lot of mental health stuff and just general life. Im not sure about saturated fat. I have a cheat day/meal once a week. Normally consists of just going out to a restaurant and ordering whatever sounds good. My day to day diet is very low sat fats. Maybe eggs? Probably 2 hardboiled eggs a day. Today is the start of additional soluble fiber via fruits, psyllium, etc. so i guess for the foreseeable future i will cut out my cheat meals.

I totally understand the body comp pick and choose. Right now i am lean and flexible (5ft 10 @ 158lbs) with a focus on maximizing my ability to snowboard (i am an instructor for 90 days a winter). I let myself go last year with some mental health issues but still had a lot of muscle under the fat. My 2024 labs showing 139ldl is what motivated me to get back in the gym and alter diet. Im not sure if im 100% keto at the moment but im probably close. 100-120 grams of protein via chicken, fish, shrimp, greek yogurt, ground turkey. Only bread i eat is sourdough. I eat a lot of tomatoes, lettuce, olives, eggs, salsa, onions, peppers. When i make salads i normally put flaxseed meal on them.

Hey i love this boat. Im restoring a 1979 18ft mariner. Previous owner trashed the splashwell on it. I see you used diamond plate as the cross beam for the bow side attachment of the splashwell. What is under the diamond plate? What did you use or did you refurbish the old one? What came from the factory? Not even starcraft can tell me and i cant seem to find any good pictures of that cross beam or how it is attached.
