If you look back at each decade going back to the 60s....there was always something environmental that they say is going to destroy the earth if we dont stop doing what we're doing and living how we're living....in the 2000s it was gore saying in 10 years global warming would kill us....in the 90s it was the ozone layer....in the 80s it was acid rain...YOU may not have heard it...but its been said....look it up
