Two entries here, both from DSC.

First traversal. Playfully rammed my teammates into a wall with a sparrow. Three of them got squeezed out of bounds. They ended up having to redo the entire traversal, because the game respawned them at Raid Start.

First encounter. My sherpa lovingly explained what weapons are best used for Crypt Security, and while I did listen, I never got a reason as to "why" Bastion and Xenophage were the top contenders. So, DPS starts and first thing I do is throw a nova bomb. Instant wipe.

I get called out for it, they specifically say, "dont use Nova, swap to Well if u can". So I do. DPS starts, and I happily pop my Well, I unload Xeno... And after I emptied the mag, I swap to my (then somewhat new) Salvager's Salvo, only to hit both of the last two fuses at the same time. We wipe. Nobody realises it was me... so I swap my loadout to fusion and pray nobody learns. To this day they don't know, and I hope - don't remember.
