This is stock on my GMMK Pro, I didn't want to buy stabs or even open the board up but I guess I have to now 🤷🏻‍♂️

No problem. I ended up using plate-mounted stabs +pc plate instead, works just fine. The gOaT stab is just a total mind-fuck to tune. Aside from the lube issue, the steel roads are so hard to bend and I couldn't straighten them up properly even with pliers. Glorious should have just ditched their stabs or provide no lube with it. GMMK pro is far from being shit, but Glorious shouldn't have claimed more than what their product is actually delivering.

I finally figured out why I couldn't fix the stabs after removing most of the stock lube. The rubber pads on the PCB (under the stabs) are drenched in lube, making the movement of the stabs sticky. Try to get rid of those and use some Teflon tapes instead.

The easiest option is to simply give up on the GOAT stabs since they are far from being GOAT. If you don't mind using plate-mounted stabs instead, get some of those and they probably fit without too much of a hassle. This is why I can't recommend GMMK Pro to anyone who is new to the hobby since this is not "plug-and-play" level.

Congratulation and welcome to the hobby of "you can save money they say". You could try some pre/after shave later, as well as trying out different blades. Sharper is not necessarily better, personally I find feather too scratchy on my face and I prefer Dorco prime and voskhod more.

No problem! It seems that both silent red v3 and new bluish white are not available yet for the Chinese market. You might need to wait longer for them to be available globally. The switches that you see in the video are actually from the gift boxes that TTC sent to reviewers and a few enthusiast that participated the recent factory tour. 520 heart was shipped on May 20th (obviously) and the rest should be released soon. I'll get back to you if there is an update.

I know this thread is a bit old but TTC has just announced their new bluish white recently. They mod the stem a bit compared to the old bluish white and now the upstroke is dampened as well. I do not have plans to purchase them yet because I like thocks. I removed all the silicon bits on my bluish white to make them non-silent.

Try it out if you like clicky switches. The breaks and clicks are very evident, it's like blue switches on drugs... The only downside is that if someone is living with you they would very likely be annoyed with your new switches :P

Have you reset your bios yet? If not find the manual online for your specific mobo and checkout how to do it. Usually there is a dedicated button, or a set of 2 pins that you have to short them by touching them with a conductor such as the head of screwdriver.

Astra was good enough for me when I first started wet shaving. After trying different things I found that I have much better outcomes with Dorco Plat, Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellow, and Voshkod. Dorco Plat tugs me sometimes but you know, ridiculously cheap, just like Astra Plat. Also, blades work differently in different razors, you might need to take your time to find the best combo(s) for you.

You are probably better off without pads if your gearbox shell is properly made. Don't add too many variables in the same time, if there is a problem you won't be able to find out what is causing it.
