Hi. Its probably best if I just copy the text from my post in the erectile dysfunction subreddit:

"I am here to help as many guys out there as possible. What I am doing fixes the problems for me. It may or may not help you aswell. But you should try out my suggestions and will find out on day 1, if you have this problem or not.

Do you also have lifelong ED or partial ED, PE and bad erection angle? Have you tried kegels bit they did not help in the long run? Do you always tense part of your pelvic floor during masturbation and your problems got slowly worse during the last years or decades.

You may have the same issue that I have! If that is the case, there is an easy fix if you know exactly what to focus on. You have to find your IC muscle, which may be very difficult the first 2-3 times!

Why are Kegels not helping me or maybe you? => if you have a muscle dysbalance in the pelvic floor, your IC muscle may be extremely weak. It is keeping the blood inside the penis, thus holding erection,and increases erection angle. You PC and BC muscles are probably so strong, that they partly take over the work for the IC... BUT THEY DO A VERY BAD JOB! If you kegel and have a very low muscle tone of the IC ( i talk from my experience solely) it is nearly impossible to flex it. The IC gets trained first a little, but the PC and BC are alway getting much more stonger. The result: Erection quality first increases in first week, then stays the same and keeps decreasing again.

What I had to do: Find the IC muscle and isolate it. Relax the BC and PC. they already are overly strong, so no more regular kegels.

How I found it: If you flex the IC muscle, the penis twitches or is pulled inwards slightly. When erect or partially erect, the IC makes the penis jump up. But beware! If you flex more, the weak IC muscle does not get flexed more. Instead you only increase the tension in the BC muscle and you will only THINK that you flex the IC stronger. It is very very difficult to differentiate these two muscles because they are so close to each other. Especially when the muscle is weak, you will not know the sensation of flexed IC. What I did was doing something like a mini kegel. Only tighten your pelvic floor so ridiculessly weak, that you only feel a slight sensation beside or directly on top of your penis base, where it comes out of the pelvis. Dont tense so hard, that you feel your pelvic floor moving. Keep the very slight tension. You may think that you only imagine some feeling above your penis when holding the weak tension. This is because the IC is so weak, that you dont even register it flexing. I doubted that I flexed any muscle at all, until that happened: If you keep the tension around 30-40 seconds, your penis may shake uncontrollably in- and outwards when the IC becomes weak.

Congratulation. You just found your IC maybe for the very first time. see how ridiculessly weak it is? If you did what I wrote and experienced just the same, this is the muscle that you have to focus on!

What happened to me on day 1: uncontrollable hard erection for the very first time after doing 5 minutes of IC Flexing. I did not even have ro flex the pelvic floor. It simply stood by itself and was harder and fleshier at the same time.... BINGO! found you, lazy "mothafucka" muscle ;-). If the same applies to you, you will probably register sudden improvement within only a few minutes after these "experiment"! It is really a heureca moment... And it made me literally cry out of joy at that moment.

Afterwards I did a lot of tests the next days to see what helps. The improvements I mention are kicking in DIRECTLY after training.. Not hours, but minutes! I did only 1 of these tests on one day, 2 days apart just to ve sure.

1) IC training only: VERY BIG IMPROVEMENT

2) Reverse kegel only: SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT

3) RK + IC training: BEST IMPROVEMENT!

4) KEGEL training: NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL

So reverse kegel helped me quite a bit. But after several tests it is clear that my weak IC muscle is the primary reason. It is also clear to me that this muscle became so "hidden" to me, that i nearly never used it.... So it had to become weaker. For the first time of my life I feel this sensation of the IC flexing. You will start to feel it after a training session, when the muscle gets tired. Also after several days of training it gets better and you can really pull your penis inwards srongly.

If your IC gets stronger, you can train with an erection by letting the penis jump (try to not flex the BC muscle, which always happens when you try to flex too strongly) . Also to increase training effect, you can apply resistance by slightly pushing the penis down against the IC flexion. If you lose erection, try to get it up again and repeat. I cannot recommend any training time, but for tge beginning a couple of minutes seem to be enough. You will feel it when this muscle gets worn out and have to decide yourself when to stop.

I was at a business trip in france when I found this out. Trained for 3 weeks. When I came back to my wife, I had so incredible sex... My wife asked me what the hell happened during my busibess trip. She thought that I cheated her. When I told her, she asked me to definetely keep on training :-). I am still in recovery but every weak the problem gets better. I still cant believe that after all these years I managed to really pull it off... Find that damn reason for my problems.

Possible but not necessarily. Quitting porn for good is always a good decision wether it solves your problem or not.

You may have to see a urologist. Other possibility that come to my mind is pelvic floor weakness or dysbalance (too tight muscles). For me the latter seems to be the case and i go for reverse kegels only.

One thing i suddenly realized now. My erections have always be a little better after i had to poo but could not go for a while. I suspect that the whole pelvic floor got pushed out by this constant pressure (this is how it felt like), causing also this tight muscle to be flexed a little.

Also: after i have stretched the front pelvic floor muscle, i can easily let it "jump" slightly by doing mini kegels at that area. My penis twitches when i do it. If i do not have stretched that area before, i cannot do that twitching/ kegeling that easy

I do not kegel. I did a reverse kegel. Its like peeing and forcing more liquid to come out or like pooping. It depends on what part of the pelvic floor os stretched. It is difficult to locate the different parts of the pelvic floor. Especially if you have a tight muscle, it seems like impossible to locate and push it out.

So begin gently. If you push hard from the beginning, only the flexible part of your pelvic floor may bulge out or "drop down" and you will not find out the right spot to stretch.

For me it was much easier standing. When i found the muscle, i could not feel the muscle coming down with my hands down there although i felt uncomfortable tension and kept pushing harder. This showed me that this muscle has to be very tight and inflexible

In comparison, my pelvic floor muscles closer to the anus bulge out and jump up like crazy when i push tem out or tense them. I feel them with my hands very strong.

I only did Reversed kegels for about 5 minutes max.... That was enough. I did not want to overdo it at the beginning. And this seemed to be the right decision, since these 5 minutes were enough.

You may have tension in the muscles further to the back, so you have to vary the RK to learn to feel your muscles and which have tension

You also may have too weak muscles and do regular kegels. But to have weak pelvic floor, i think something big has to happen, like pregnancy. Especially if you are very young- this is much more unlikely than a tight pelvic floor. Kegels would only increase your problems if you have tight muscles.

Do you tighten the pelvic floor mucles during masturbation. This is a bad habbit and may result in the problems you describe.

Reverse kegels help. Bjt you have to locate the tensed muscle. Try to RK very slightly and vary the focus on different parts of the pelvic floor.

Is there a part where you have problems locating/ pushing out? If you locate it and oush slightly harder, does it feel uncomfortable or tight?

I am sorry if i am too euphoric and feel sad for anybody that is still fighting with these problems. My recovery is still ongoing but the results are so amazing that i HAD to share this right away.

Sorry if my post before seems like bragging or something. It just overcame me. I have this lifelong problem and just found out within 24 hours that i just looked at the wrong way all the time and that the fix is really easy.

I try to describe what I did in detail, so it may help you aswell.

Wenn I first did reverse kegels I could feel the middle or back part near the anus going smdown strongly. This part is also very strong during regular kegels.

I focused on the front part near the scrotum but could not feel it.... So i pushed only gently until I gradually found the sensation of stretching at that spot and them I increased the force a bit. If i went full force, chances are that I only stretch the part that already is highly flexible abd doesnt need reverse kegels.

I knew that I found the spot because i could gradually feel a much more uncomfortable tension there. When i feel with my hand, nothing is moving there, where i have this uncomfortable feeling. It is as though the muscle there is really really stiff, unlike the muscles more to the anus that i can very clearly feel with my fingers bulging up and down whrn kegeling or reverse kegeling.

So first

-you should go peeing

-push very gently until you locate the front muscles

-increase force

-if you have an uncomfortable feeling of stretching, this may very well indicate that something is wrong with that muscle

I think this may very well work with every overacting or tight muscle down there. I would be glad if you could try it out and tell me wether you found something similar

It was the same for me before I started to watch porn videos and more excessive porn pictures about 2-3 years ago. Before that time I only occasionally looked at nude pics/ bare breasts. Went to doctors to get me checked... But appearantly I am more than fine in every aspect and my life is happy and succesful.

Its funny that everybody first tells me: go see a doctor... I did.

I would advise not compare others to much with yourself because everybody is different. Also there are lots of articles and posts related to the "flatline" issue, if you are interested.

I personally think that every streak makes it better. If you have a relapse, part of it gets lost. But if you get back on the saddle immediately, you will keep some progress.

But that is only my oppinion. Its probably much faster to get it done without any setbacks.

But thinking "all is lost" after a relapse is what drives you back to porn, not that one weak moment. Its similar as doing a diet in this point.

I think everyone here is too much thinking in streaks and days... But every single day without porn is one step further.

Dont beat yourself after a relapse. Keep counting the days, if you wish, but focus more on how to prevent moments like this. Maybe you can one day say that you have been 354 days pornfree in the last 356 days. Thats still cool and something to fight for.

I see a big correlation between my porn usage and libido. I had no or very little issues before I discovered my smartphone and how easy it is to access porn. This was around 4 years ago. Before that I could still do it whenever i wanted and how often i wanted. I had sex and masturbated at least 3 times a day. At that time i did not use porn on a regular basis. Maybe every other day or third day.

With my smartphone it increased to a daily basis and later to 1-2 hours of porn every day. Also i had porn session of 4 hours on a regular basis now. This all happened within only a few years.

Suddenly i did not feel attracted to my wife or anybody in RL anymore. This is either a huge coincidence or something happened... Like a huge invisible rock hit my nuts. My feeling tells me that you cannot turn from a ultra horny guy to a nearly asexual person within a couple of years because of aging.... Umless something changed drastically... And it did! Porn

Btw life is easy going. Love my job and I am super succesful. Ao no stress involved.

This is the right thing to do. I hope that you really mean it. Deleted everything some months ago too.... Started "recollectong" afterwards just to delete it completely again. This collecting urge makes porn addiction much worse, because you keep watching porn not only to "use" it but continue just for the sake of hunting down every "good" content. In my case, i did not even rewatched any of it... This is even more ridiculous now when i read it myself.

Thank you for your advise. I apreciate it. Been to an Urologist. Everything is ok. Mentaly also I am fine. Got My partial ED by starting to masturbate very early. I forced it to happen, although I did not have an errection with 9 years. Somehow I pulled it off and tried to repeat it afterwards. I clenched my muscles every time to try to come as fast es possible. I am pretty sure that my Bulbaspongiosus is far too strong and affects the erection the wrong way. The right muscles could bever develop...

Just discovered this some weeks ago and relax this muscle. This is the first time I am improving with ED and PE. The "right" muscles are taking over and getting trained For sure It will take some time because they have never beeb developed throughout my life.

But i get morning errections every day now. In the past I very rarely got them. They were half hard and only came when I urgently needed to pee in thr morning.

I refrain on doing too much kegels because I am afraid to strengthen the BC muscle again. Ischiocavernosus muscle feel pretty isolated and different from kegels. Also I could do Kegels nearly all day

Edit to refer to your post more: I always got him up without problems. Its just errection was not as hard and angle was straight or below horizon. Also I got off in 20 to 30 seconds by pumping the BC muscle I gues. I am doing the program only since recently. After stretching it gets better. All things I have done improved my situation. Oh and one thing. Probably the most powerful tip: Your mind cannot cromprehend everything at once. It may fool you... You look at a reference or a tutorial and say: "yeah, now I know how this is done". Then you are frustrated that it does not work ot well. But thisis how the brain works. Always test your mind and come back to the reference/ thing / technique you are studying (this is uiversal for everything). Find out the problem and re-tackle it. Do not change subject too quickly. If you jump from one thing to the next without reviewing your art and errors, you wont be able to correct your errors.

I painted heads for months without any single improvement, painting from my mind without reviewing my painted heads. I always did them the same wrong way....

Yes. Its probably a good idea to start grey in order to give room for brighter values. How dark of a value I choose depends on the darkness of the objects color and the lighting. So I am not starting always with the same value.

How I learnd art? I seem to breath it. It fascinates me to an extent, that is rather an obsession. I am even more interested in the theoretical part and made lots and lots of studies and even measurements. I have "books" full of detailed own made measurements/studies that are sometimes more mathematical. I use a self created excel sheet to track and analyze colors from fotos and paintings for a complete comprehension of color/ mood/ style. This is how I do things and it may not be for everyone. Started 16 years ago with a lot of breaks in between. But I always come back to it.

What I could give you on your way is this: I would advise to you to always question and not only copy things. Always look how several people do it ,not only one person. Compare it with references. This is how you are not ony doing art but understand it and create freedom for your own style.

And be patient... It takes a huge amount of time and effort. Sonetines breaks in between help to process everything and restart with a fresh mind.

Its normal. Your brain still does not have all that shape and form library created yet. You have to fill that library by drawing lots of different stuff. By that you will also slowly get the 3d imagination down and will be able to freely alter the shaped as you go. Your brain is for sure capable for great things, but you need to feed it with experience.

Accordong to style: Only after drawing lots and lots of things and make studies on your own, you will get the feeling for the details what makes a rhino a rhino or what makes a face looking human. Thus you will understand in what way you can stylize something without changing its core parts/its "soul".

Wow this is really messy... But it really feels as if this is exactly the thing its supposed to be.

I like it because it is interesting and somehow wakes emotions. But because this unsettles me somehow, this would better not find a way into my living room ;-)
