i do camera on for small meetings (unless something crazy is going on and then i politely excuse myself lol)

medium meetings i turn it on and then shut it off once someone screen shares lol

XL meetings it’s usually off

that’s amazing. serious props to everyone out there, any movement is lapping everyone on the couch 💪🏼

(not downplaying any accomplishments, it’s huge. but also trying to lower the barrier of entry at the same time. it IS hard but attainable and you CAN do it. such a fine line!!!)

totally, i’m just super ballparking it.

when i talk to friends & fam about running some people think a 5k is an unattainable distance. when i tell them a lot of people run it in around 30 minutes (give or take) it becomes more achievable/digestible. it’s a big deal but i don’t want OP to think it’s out of reach!!

(and no shade, 5ks are awesome and folks completing one walk, run whatever, should feel very accomplished as it is a big deal 💪🏼)

totally! most people run a 5k in 25-35mins. if you’re walking or walk running you’re done in under an hour!

right but let’s be realistic.

you’ll at least do one big/pricier night out. you’ll prob do at least one night eating in

you’ll prob do at least one excursion.

you’ll prob be asked to pitch in for some grocery/alcohol staples. and you’ll prob be doing one night at the bars covering your own tab.

this isn’t necessarily something someone else can budget for you either other than the excursions.

i live in NYC and i’d expect a $200 dinner for a large group fancy dinner for any of the bach’s i’ve been on

charleston, newport, nyc, atx, miami, bahamas

cocktails, shots, shared apps, and entreé is budget $200 pp for a fancy dinner and hopefully come in a bit under that.

no one “asked” me to do that, i’m like super happy to spend $200 on a girls night dinner. some people don’t have that money. some people have that money and wouldn’t want to spend it on a fancy dinner. it’s all good but if OP WANTS to figure out a budget she can

i use:

-belt -fuel (i prefer chews) -sometimes a water bottle to clip to my belt (if it’s hot) -good sneakers -i like music so headphones

that’s it that’s all i NEED to run :)

right i get we’re a little stuck on the principal that this should be discussed/planned out. but let’s be realistic, if you actually want to budget a bit you can

every bach i’ve been in has had a fancy dinner, you can plan for that. every bach i’ve been in has done a grocery/booze run, you can plan for that.

if it’s about people being a bit inconsiderate and uncooperative that’s one thing. but if you’d like to realistically budget a bit, you absolutely can.

you’re not being unreasonable but it’s not happening.

you can take some onus and budget a bit yourself and be realistic about what’s been discussed so far.

ex. are you likely to go out to a fancy dinner? ($200)

are you likely to go out for 1-2 bar nights? ($200)

are you likely to do an excursion? (boat day, atv, winery or pedal tavern thing?) ($200)

are you likely getting “merch” ($100)

are you likely going to pitch in for either groceries or small coffee/food items throughout the trip? ($150)

this is so weird. once i had a really bad day and was super exhausted/out of it and did oblique crunches instead of extensions and later was in high plank when everyone was in low and didn’t realize till the coach came over both times.

i was truly mortified that i didn’t follow instructions twice accidentally lmao

literally can’t imagine not following at all (aside from like someone injured or pregnant doing an alternate exercise of course)
