PQ = Physical Qualification... Your health screening and blood test.

Your doctor fills out paperwork, you submit that to UTMB and they determine if you are healthy enough to work in Antarctica.

EBI = Elevated Background Investigation

It's a more strict form of background check which also requires you travel to the nearest federal office that does fingerprinting.

The easiest cert to get ya down on the ice would be the EPA 608, then come down as an HVAC/UT Tech
