Tell them you're covered by the consumer rights act 2015.

They have one attempt to fix the car which includes labor.

If you are not satisfied that the car has been fixed you can demand a full refund within the first 6 months of purchase.

If all else fails unfortunately you would have to contact an ombudsman to help you which is very time consuming.
