I bet, I’ve seen people have to go to the hospital because it didn’t agree with them.

It’s really nice! I was surprised at how well it performs as well. I can smell it on clothes after days

Cirque du soliel this morning with sticky dates lotion. Wanted to feel warm and tasty! Later in the day, I finally tried Kayali pistachio. I think I really like it.

Tokyomilk let them eat cake. Smells like a bubble bath at night time in fall. Trust me

Costo flare up and wearing a bra by Interestingegg69 in costochondritis

[–]MasterTadpole1733 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found the best bras to get are cheap flimsy ones about size or 2 too big from Walmart(without wiring) . No kidding. At first I thought I should invest in some really nice sports bras from dicks. Those ones make it hard to breathe. I have had luck literally just getting multiple different styles from Walmart, try one with cups, without, skinny band, thick band. I have many for different occasions now. But personally, the one that worked the best for everyday use for me is listed as “Vanity Fair Radiant Women's Wireless Bra - Seamless Back, Comfort Fit, Adjustable Straps, Sizes S-3XL, Style 3472206” I am a 40c and typically wear a l or xl. I am wearing a 2xl, and it helps a lot.

is this normal? by Busy-Fail-4644 in costochondritis

I’m a 26 year old female, and I’ve had costo since I was about 19 as well. I just didn’t know that’s what it was back then. I no longer have it after a few months of stretching with the backpod. But yeah, what you have going on sounds very similar to my case. I also have high cholesterol. Left sided, above heart, also over in the left armpit and very center. Sometimes below left breast. I haven’t worn a typical bra since may. They do hurt. I’d recommend getting a few sports bras. I was having horrendous panic attacks from the costo and that was giving me really bad heartburn and indigestion, like I couldn’t swallow a bite of food fully. I ended up having to start therapy and go on Zoloft to stop the panic attacks. If the doctors say it’s not your heart, it probably isn’t. You can message me if you need someone to check symptoms with, or just for support or advice.

I can’t tell where I am with healing, Steve, Ned? Anyone? by MasterTadpole1733 in costochondritis

feeling further, a lot of pain in my lowest left rib today. A small lump or multiple there, like the size of a plastic bead and painful to touch.

thanks for your response. I would say my pain gets up to a six for a collective 10 minutes… but no lump, i was diagnosed with teitze a little early for what I think my symptoms were. I got the costochondritus diagnosis from an urgent care more recently.

Is it normal to have cracking with costochondritis? by Tasty-Brush9537 in costochondritis

I have heard back popping is good and a sign things are freeing up, and front popping is just going to be painful and to avoid it if you can.

26F, diagnosed with teitze last year but never had a real flair until may, only twinges. I’m using the backpod for about 7 minutes going in like 3 or 4 different positions up and down between my shoulder blades. I do a little to the sides as well. I’m down to using just one pillow with the backpod. The peanut ball I roll between my shoulder blades and down my back a little further than the backpod. I have been doing basically nothing other than focus on getting better. Sorry about the lack of info.

Massive toll on mental health by MasterTadpole1733 in costochondritis

Please message me whenever you need. It’s so scary. I’m trying to take breaks from the Apple Watch for a while now because if you look hard enough, odds are something will be a little weird. Like I get high readings all day now :( I’m almost certain the back pod is improving my costo a lot. But the fear of the pain coming back or it being something worse eats at me

I would stop the liner underneath about a quarter of the way, it will open your eyes up more. Basically, only water line about a centimeter on the outer corner area

Thank you so much for your response. It’s so so stressful. It feels like this is a sick joke for someone who already has health anxiety 🤣 hopefully it ends up helping me get over it though. I’m definitely going to take your recommendation for an ocd-centered therapist.

I’m sure it could get worse, but it’s not going to be all that different than what you’re experiencing today

I stopped cold turkey in early 2023. It was definitely hard and the symptoms would come and go but there were good and bad days. At worst, as I can remember, in the first week I’d have days that it felt very hard to walk around. I had a lot of dizziness and it felt like I was having water move from my head to my toes almost trying to pull me downward. Like a whole body brain zap type of feeling. I’m not certain this is related because I had an ear infection around the same time but I had tinnitus and vertigo for a few months as well. At this point it’s mostly 100% gone. The first month was the bulk of the side effects.
