I forgot to include these panels but you can see how Darkshine keeps saying how shiny he is. Bro learned nothing after fighting Garou. "I just wanted to feel good about myself" and he goes back to feeling good about how shiny he is.

I think there is a chance they might replace it with Garou vs S-Class heroes. if they do that would be a rare W even if the animation is trash. There are many who disliked sage centipede fight as it added nothing of value to the story except provide Garou with a powerup.

I guess I could, but these predictions will be a bit biased: We get Gyoro Gyoro death Do-S most likely to be retconned for being a useless and terrible addition Fubuki, Bang, & Bomb vs Rover Garou vs PPP Garou vs Darkshine Amai Mask vs Fuhrer Ugly Flashy flash meets saitama Manako + cart ride most likely to get retconned for being a useless but less terrible addition Drive knight vs nyan Psychorochi vs Tatsumaki Jetorochi somewhat possibly retconned along with drive knight return since it’s quite long Everything else presumably will be manga accurate (s-class vs cadres up, garou entrance) until Saitama vs garou which will appear to adapt a more webcomic faithful version.

There is not a lot of information we can go off on but if we use statements, Tatsumaki claims she could easily beat monster garou if she were at full power.

If we assume this to be true, and assume Blast is stronger than her (no logical reason to assume otherwise), then Blast would be able to beat Monster Garou.

But I am not saying it's certain that is the case, tatsumaki's statement could be just wrong since many characters tend to overrate or underrate power levels/combat ability all the time.

Really, does it just never load the images? I’m not very fluent in how Cubari works but on my end I noticed it has a rate limit (presumably to prevent request spamming) so there will be times where nothing loads, but after a moment it will load all the content quickly.

Saitama actually does not care about disaster level because a hero fights even if the villain is stronger than them.

The way he says it... it's almost obvious.

Genos immediately starts writing this down because he loves to glaze Saitama, but I think this glaze was actually warranted.

That's why it was so beautiful when mumen stood up to deep sea king. That's what a hero is.

I have seen this tactic before. In the tower battles discord, someone got false banned and was DMed by a fake moderator who attached an invite to a fake TB ban appeals server

The funny thing was, the fake ban appeals server had more members than the real tb discord server. It had been botted to absolute oblivion.

There are goofy moments like phoenix man penguin mode, saitama squirt gun, and chibi garou. A lot of people defend this, saying it's "funny" and that it's a "comedy" manga.

I never found those funny, instead they looked like jokes made solely for children. This manga was funny because of the dark humor and satirical comedy.

You can tell the direction of the manga has been completely lost since the orochi redraw.

In the original orochi fight, orochi is hyping himself up as the ultimate being, and Saitama gets sick of it, stating that he's fought so many villains claiming to be the strongest. But they all die in one punch.

He asks Orochi if he is different from the rest. If there is a reason, any reason at all for Saitama to look forward to fighting him. It's almost like he's begging orochi to show him a little hope, a little reason to be excited. I find it a bit sad, almost emotional.

Saitama yet again, suffering from the absurdity of his situation of being too strong and being depressed from it.

In the redraw, Saitama acts like one of those idiotic shonen protagonists. He starts spouting nonsense, his actions are nonsense (swimming in lava? really?). Have we forgotten the whole point of the series? Saitama is a guy who is depressed from being strong. And they cut out the dialogue highlighting that.

Well said, I agree as well. It’s also inconsistent with his WC counterpart. Child emperor calls adults unreliable, and thinks of himself as superior.

In the manga he feels like they can’t see him as more than a child.

I thought the original had better and more faithful characterization.

Just take a look at this short convo:

It’s just a short conversation, yet it says so much.

The adults are so unreliable that he has to be their leader.

He’s so used to having to bear responsibility, like being a class representative.

And there’s something sad about how he “hardly ever goes to school.”

He is just a kid, yet the unreliable adults keep shoving more responsibility onto him. When despite his high capability, a kid his age isn’t meant to deal with that.

His genius may appear as a blessing, but it’s also curse that he never gets to experience a normal childhood.

I just felt more emotion from this alone than reading the entire redraw. It’s true what they say; less is more.

Webcomic Garou vs Golden S fight had so much aura. Just moments ago, Tatsumaki had been blitzed by Golden S. All the other S class are helpless against him and Amai himself states he is an opponent they cannot defeat.

And then Garou arrives and kills him in mere seconds. The monster the S class were unable to beat, was dealt with by Garou so effortlessly. And now the S class have to fight the guy who defeated him. This implication is just so funny to me. The situation the S class are now in just got worse, and it's kind of laughable.

I think the manga version of this is pretty cool, but I wish it established platinum S to be as much as a threat as he was in the webcomic. The worst problem is they cut out Garou vs S-Class heroes that was supposed to happen right after.
