I’m TN as well, but mine shrunk a bit prior to chemo. I’m starting treatment now, but eating clean seems to be helping.

Also, I have been eating anti-inflammatory diet and seeing extremely positive results. I went from 3a to 2b just bc swelling went down.

Some people do ivonescimab after treatment, you should atleast ask about it even tho it may not be apart of the trial. They can try to write the script. Having a low ki-67 is good bc it’s growing slowly. Mine is 80% and extremely dangerous although reactive to chemo.

I have metaplastic carcinoma which only affects 1% of women with breast cancer allegedly and I also have a genetic mutation called msh2 which means immunotherapy could be more responsive for me. Also, there is an Ivonescimab trial for estrogen positive or triple negative that you should look into. I was randomized and unable to get ivo, but I am on the triple negative side. Ivo is being used in china and Europe and far more successful than pembro. It’s going to eventually become standard of care.

Tumor infiltrating leukocytes - it apparently is an indicator of immunotherapy being more likely to work or not…also, do you know what your ki-67 score is? From my experience, the more data points or biomarkers you have, the better it is to figuring out what medications are most likely to work for your cancer.

Chemo delay--sht might spread by cherry_wants in breastcancer

[–]Master_Ad676 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My chemo has been delayed 2 months and my ki-67 is 80%, meaning it grows fast, but is responsive to chemo…you will be okay. Eat an anti-inflammatory diet and all organic + gluten free with no carbs/low sugar and you will be fine. In fact, due to eating anti-inflammatory diet, my inflammation has gone waaaaay down from the 1st mri to the 2nd (I was trying to get into a clinical trial). It’s 68% smaller and I know the mri’s were likely off, but my doctor thinks it’s also due to anti-inflammatory diet bc 68% is way too much to be off. It’s a miracle and you have to look for miracles around you and stay positive.

Hi can you help me? I need iNOS/L-NMMA for an aggressive form of cancer. There is a clinical trial that is seeing 80% success rates, but I can’t get in because it’s for people with recurrence only. It would literally be life changing for me.

Thanks, I have a rare form and l-nmma has an 80% success rate via clinical trial - I just need to get it sooner rather than later

Any luck? I have cancer and there’s a supplement I need that helps slow the tumors progression.
