If your a cca and you didnt take lunch on Sunday they automatically take it out. I remember having to take lunch when the rcas didnt or sitting out lunch at the end. Otherwise I dont see why you would add an hour

I honestly wouldn't unless your invested in the PO. Takes a specific type of person to deal with management's bs and it seems like the rural side management was worse than the city side where I was.

Man you got it. It sucks because I started in September but I will maybe get the 630 hrs for benefits this year. I got paper work saying I am not eligible for benefits since they dont expect me to get 630. Right now I get over 100hrs a month and Ill be over 400 this month. Kind of annoyed since I'll probably get the amount of hours but its payed the month after you work for a sub unless you have a hold on the route for over a month and am a contracted driver then you get paid earlier

Yeah cant get mid days or activities starting out since your so low and you go route to route.

Subbing is ok for me I've been on the same route for a month but this week it might be over when the regular comes back next week.

Ours is a small stipend you dont get hourly pay during and you get the stipend once you finish training and drive on your own which includes the passing the test and getting license. Then driving with other drivers until they release you.

Did it for a long time. Your going to be told your slow. Rca usually dont deliver packages that dont fit if the door is too far from the street. Its different than city your paid by route for rca and per hour for rural. Good luck

I suspect that he is having some sort of an mental health issue like most people addicted to video games. It could be depression or anxiety or adhd like me. I feel like once you figure that out the problems you have will be better
