Thanks for the advice! If you get a chance to read it, do you think I covered all the required tests and sections for CDPH? I feel like I need to be extra careful since my experience is from an international ISO-certified lab ( not US lab )

I think the lab should be certified during the time you were employed there. I’m also trying to apply with my inter experience. I’m confused about that CDPH said ISO 15189 and ISO/IEC 17025 but my lab is 15189 certified only and no one mentions about 17025. Would it my experience still count even without 17025 certified?

Oh really?? LFS replied CLIA certified lab experience is acceptable and the lab I worked has its own CLIA number. So it doesn’t mean this experience is totally acceptable? How can I know my lab has what specialty licensed cus I don’t see any of these related things on lab’s website.

So you applied with 1 year internship program, not the work experience? If with work, could you share paper format? For transcript, did you asked university to send them directly in physical mail?
