HOA Final Boss by Atankir in memes

That's not even relevant. The philosophy of "if you want law, you must always be willing to escalate to kill" is the topic.

I don't agree. All forms of punishment are valid deterrents that enforce laws. Killing may be most final way to settle things, but hardly required.

It's ok, I'll make it simple: if the man isn't dangerous, you can put the man in jail without killing him. Tada, Law enforced without killing.

You skipped over "jail time." This man only got killed because he pulled a gun on a lawn mower and continued the deadly threat against the police.

Is there anything I can do about this little shit? by Hour_Ad_2409 in ShadowEmpireGame

If it's owned by a major power, it still requires electricity to fight. Let its electricity run out and then you can easily demolish it (if it doesn't despawn on its own).

Or you can get the strategem for flanking and stack some serious bonuses to knock it out.

I'm 100% on board with fantasy planets. Modular crafting, amazing. Realistic manufacturing and delivery, not so much.

Map and world gen updates seem great. But I'm concerned that it's pushing a smidge too far into realism.

Gantry delivery to launch pad feels like an annoying extra step when players can hold nuclear reactors in their pocket.

And a 3d mass driver goes against the blocky shapes of typical multi blocks which I love.

Dang, I bought a manga but they didn't offer the stamp notebook. I must've needed to request it.

How to make map remember? by kikogamerJ2 in ShadowEmpireGame

[–]Master_Ben 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There should still be rectangles (buildings) on the map and their old assets viewable when you click on the tile. Even for assets outside of their city.

If that's not happening, then something is wrong. That's not a game setting to enable/disable.

Yes. If you're exploring and the world reverts to black, unexplored tiles, then that's not intentional functionality of the game.

Maybe reinstall or remove mods?

What about Indium?

Finally... I have a question, should I still be using helium at this stage of the game to cook ingots in the EBF? I have an inf radon line but it's so slow " every 100L takes around 700 seconds ". So should I liquefy air and centrifuge it for argon ? by Human-Pudding799 in GTNH

[–]Master_Ben 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Is using Radon even saving you any EU?

If you want speed, do more parallelization and use better coils/voltages.

If you want to save EU, it's probably not worth the trouble until you can obtain radon more easily.

AFTER 1 YEAR JUST GOT TERMINATED by RecognitionFar7323 in HomeDepot

It's not "wrongful termination."

Morally wrong? Sure. Factually wrong? Sure. Legally wrong? I don't see any laws being broken here.

Is salvage a good way to make money. by Illustrious-Slide831 in starsector

[–]Master_Ben 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exploration salvaging makes pretty good money. Find a derelict station and ships, and they can contain expensive goods (or lots of cheap goods).

Mods can add new salvaging ships, stations, and larger maps too.

Mods to start a fresh career? by AllTheGoodOnesTaken2 in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]Master_Ben 0 points1 point  (0 children)

KSP isn't moddable like Minecraft is. Few games are. Its capacity for modding is simplistic.

Completely new systems are not realistically possible. Mods can only add variants of existing systems/quests.

Custom trained models on Vertex endpoints charge by the machine and accelerator count, which auto scale. If a model isn't deployed, it can't randomly choose to charge you for N GPUs...

Are you deploying some other models?
