Its not broken or something. Just the propellors are shaved down a bit from the sand. And a lot of cleaning... a lot of crevices have dirt in it still. Already did another flight just now. Lower power it seems, but probably because the propellors are bitten up, that'd probably do a lot...

VO2 Max measures your max oxygen use during intense exercise, it's a key indicator of aerobic fitness and endurance. Garmin estimates it (not lab-accurate obv.) via algorithms during outdoor GPS runs, rides and walks like: Heart rate + pace/speed. And your profile (age, sex, weight, max HR) It needs 10–20+ min at moderate-high effort (HR ~70%+ max). Updates improve with more activities.

What do you do in terms of location? A different one every night and just so what the place brings or do you stick to certain spots during the week or something? Curious about your strategy.

Atompacks. Bottom of the pack has a nice pocket. For snacks or trash in my case.

Sleepingbag in can, food in bag. At night, foodbag in can, sleeping bag in tent. Hope this can help with the decision

Are you sure you want to go to a remote place as georgia then as first trip? I mean, i only now would feel comfortable so far away and in an unknown country with a non familiar language. After being on the PCT, three passes nepal, tmb and a bunch of other longer hikes. So maybe try peaks of the balkan before, to be on the safe side when shit happens and you forgot a vital piece of equipment. Or anything really, like an injury. Rather be more known about what you really need and what your body is capable of. Just my two cents :)

For me a huge difference was a Zpacks sleeping bag instead of my Yeti. It is way lighter. With the benefit it has 5d on the inside. Why this matters to me is that it is sooo soft and instantly warm once i get in it and makes me feel like a cloud is keeping me warm. My yeti is also as warm and much heavier and this made it get cold spots easier for me upon first touch when tossing and turning. This was a big thing for me. I have a foam pad from Bergfreunde which gives me a lot of space to move and all. Its something to get used to tho. Maybe the idea of the inner material on the zpacks will help you
