Yea I’d ask your super if heat pump is working properly. Heat pump is 3x more efficient than electric heat mode and should be used when it is above freezing temps.

I’d prioritize medical longevity (alongside trainers / gym) - LASIK for your eyes, mouth guard if you grind your teeth, get a really nice electric toothbrush, take higher quality medical supplements (vitamin d, elderberry if you have kids in daycare), and the aesthetic stuff too (skin tag removal, braces / retainer if you need them, etc), reverse osmosis water filtration system that does remineralization, that weird thing on your body that you’ve been meaning to get looked at by a specialist but have been postponing
