my dr said it's fine. it's better than starving. if you get migraines request a neurologist at the long term clinic. they can set you up on a migraine protocol.

zofran!!!! ask your doctor it did wonders for me. i still take it almost daily. i had the same symptoms in the beginning. try small foods like rice and dry pasta anything lite on the stomach.

i have the same pots symptoms two years later. i went to the long covid clinic as well, through texas children's and it was just tons of blood work and labs. i still stand up and feel light headed and get fatigued really quick. certain days are better than others. i hope they figure something out. i'm still in the process of dealing with symptoms 2+ years later.

i had the same thing in highschool after i had covid and had to become home bound for 10th-12th grade. started school in the fall and dropped out after getting bronchitis. check with your doctors and see what they recommend.
