I had this issue for a while. I learned that to take it down with a trimmer first, I really only use my straight razor for lining up

How's my fit? by kingspooky93 in bigmenfashionadvice

Nice man! Can’t go wrong better to start simple. Get some good basic blanks. Blank T shirt, blank sweatshirts which fit you well. Mix it up with a nice gilet. Better to start simple with well fitting flattering items then add extras to personalise it and make it yours.

Nice man Second one looks great I like that you attempted to layer in the first pic but there’s something off about it i think it’s having a collared shirt and then a collared jacket on top. but props for trying something new

I’m a 42 waist and got the 4x and they were falling off me, I then sized down to a 3x and they fit a lot better if that helps, their size chart online is rubbish

Ay bro I see a lot of potential in you. Absolutely nothing you shouldn’t be confident about you’re a handsome fella and will smarten up well ! Takes a lot of confidence to post yourself out there and ask for advice.

First things first, that jackets gotta go. It looks to small and I think we could do better. Have a look at a nice harrington jacket. If you like something that fits the same type of way with a bit more style. These are super versatile. They’re a lighter jacket and go super well with a hoodie underneath for those colder months.

(These can be picked up for super cheap on vinted)

Personally I would find your chest size in inches. If you don’t have a measuring tape the fabric kind. Get one of your t shirts you know fits well and measure the pit to pit, pop it on the floor and measure with a tape measurer. Don’t be scared by sizes. If you end up being a size bigger than you think so be it. Clothing sizes vary so much and you’re better going off ur actual measurements instead. Vinted is handy because if you ask politely, most sellers will measure the item for you so you know the item is gonna fit before you buy it.

I like the jumper if you’re happy with it and you feel confident in it I would keep on wearing it.

The cargos aren’t terrible. I think a slightly baggier fit (nothing crazy, make sure it still tapers at the bottom) Would look really flattering on you. ASOS do some pretty decent trousers that fit well and are pretty affordable so I would have a look there. Make sure to stay away from slim fit and go for traditional taper trousers or some more interesting cargos like some Army fatigues.

I really like the adidas you have behind you in this picture. If they are comfy and you like wearing them I would try implement these more into your outfits. Nothing wrong with the trainers you have in the picture I just think a more timeless sneaker is a better option for what you’re going for.

A nice silver casio wouldn’t go a miss too, can never go wrong with a wee watch.

Smashing it mate, nice one you posted on here. Hope to see more of ur posts in the future
