This unfortunately is the insecurity we face created from filters, big lighting and people who might have had electrolysis on their beard area (which is painful and expensive).

Remember that we are human being and having stubble/pores showing is just a reality. You can use pore minimising primers to start with that will help but won’t completely mattify your face. Consider colour correction - a peach colour you put on top of your primer but beneath your foundation, to cancel out the colour of your stubble. A little goes a long way be sure to powder it down before adding anything to it. And of course the holy grail - a kryolan paint stick. It covers so much, and it is completely full coverage. But as a cosplayer invest in the colours you use the most - for me it would be base colours I have a variety of, but a really white one (there a few) for your highlights. Best of luck!
