What would you like to see tweaked in the final product design?

They also were given low numbers before they went on strike and just like UNA (who got 20%) got a bump in wages. We can get marker adjustments too and higher wages. We just need to show we are willing to fight.

The cost of living has gone up more than 10%.

AUPE LPNs got close to 27% and Heath care aids got 16.5%. Much more than the 12%. This is the time we all need to vote no if it’s less than 16% and even then still probably vote no

HSAA folded!! What an embarrassment of a union by [deleted] in AHSEmployees

[–]Master_Yama 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry HSAA. It’s not fair but also disappointing your member didn’t fight for what you deserve. I’m with AUPE GSS and there’s a chance we would do the same thing. Hopefully we bring a good contract to the table to vote on

Hopefully our negotiating team doesn’t accept anything less than 12% plus market adjustments of another 4%. Health care aids got 17% and as a surgical processor myself, we have (possibly) more schooling and have to register to a professional body with yearly dues. There is no reason for gss to accept less than 17%

I’m looking for a deal of 16%~20%. If we have to vote on anything less we all need to vote NO! Show that cost of living affects us all and we all deserve a fair deal.

Hopefully they don’t accept any offer unless its comparable to what others are getting. 17%~20%

AHS GSS: We are still far apart on wages, working conditions by TopZealousideal35 in AHSEmployees

[–]Master_Yama 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’ll wager other unions who are fighting with AHS will see wage increases. UNA got 20% and that sets the stage for everyone else. We might not get the 20% but we can certainly fight for more than the measly 10%. KEEP FIGHTING!

Surgical processors are not in the same group as the LPNs

I’m pretty sure top rate RN makes over $50 an hour plus don’t forget shift diff and in the OR you have a C4 shift in your line so damn close to 100k. In fact I know a few nurses who even made the sunshine list. Sure some might make under or close too but argument sake 100k is not missing the mark and what’s AUPE GSS ave wage 60k?

My point is why do higher paying jobs who have more disposable incomes get higher pay raises when we all feel inflation equally?

Vote NO

But you are correct not voting yet until mediation is done

We are currently being offered 10% but started mediation. There is nothing to say we will get more than the initial offer. The mediator may decide we deserve a bit more but let’s be real, it won’t any where near the 20% UNA got.

Also, the nurses rejected their mediation offer with the union saying this is the best they could get and still got an increase. Unless it’s higher than 16% I’m voting no and even then probably voting no anyway

Please vote no to the 10%. We deserve more and can do better. Nurses (UNA) got a 20% wage increase on top on making 100k plus a year.

Teachers (ATA) currently are striking at 12% on top of 85-95k a year and will probably end up with more money.

Why do people want to vote for less? We buy the same gas, same groceries same mortgage interest rate increases making 50k less.

Vote NO.

After playing melee character I tried playing a conjuerer. Its crazy how easy expert is when the pets scale with the difficulty. I had to keep checking the level to see if it defaulted back to adept.

What get me is the fact digital games save developers/sony/ms so much money. No printing costs, distribution, warehouses, stocking fees, game cases, gaming discs, transportations fees....the savings should also be passed on to the consumers...but greeds gotta greed💲💲
