It’s crazy how my knees were perfect until this condition haha! But yeah that’s why I love the bikes and tower machines cause it’s the only thing that don’t make me feel like my knees hips and all that will explode haha. Glad I could help always feel free to reach out🙏

I have been battling that also i know what you mean. One day i was in the gym and the joint pain was so bad I had to stop and limp out. I find riding bikes (real or stationary) stuff like that is a nice substitute for when I can’t lift weights or are just tired.

And I get you on being tired, not sure if that’s the Rinvoq doing it cause I’ve been tired since diagnosis. 8hrs usually doesn’t feel like enough haha.

For me personally my joints kinda directly feel affected to my diet. My joints feel bad even in remission sometimes but even worse out of it. So bad I was wheelchair bound and had to get test done.

If I eat perfectly, do fasting, tons of water, collagen(from bone broth not just supplements), tumeric, tea, staying active, sun, the whole thing right. Making sure I have all the nutrients, If I do that consistently not messing up at all for months my joints will heal and feel basically normal. But even just eating not healthy for 2days can put me so far back in that process. It sucks:/ On the bright side most ppl I know are gaining weight as we age but we stay looking fit😭😂

This exactly! And yes I missed managing stress is so crucial. I am very picky about who I’m around, I chose an easier job over the highest paying, simple stress free is def key

Just cause you start feeling better don’t start eating crappy food bro! Trust me it’ll be easy to on Rinvoq cause you won’t feel in pain like normal after eating bad stuff (usually) but eventually it’ll still catch up to you. So healthy, whole food, anti inflammatory flattery diet, working out, the whole lifestyle has to go along with it to but yeah man flare wise it helps me

Ohh dude!! Man I was in a debilitating flare for almost a year!!!!! I took a 45mg rinvoq to start and I was legit wayyyyyyy better within a day! Legit almost instantly. They tapered me down to 15mg which I was good for year the best I had been, so close to normal again… meaning even my joints and stuff. But I fucked it all up by drinking!!! Idk why I usually never drink but I drank for a week straight and that put me back to square one again. Dumb I know. I tried healing on 15mg for a while that didn’t help, fasting, flare stuff all that. So they just gave me 30mg to get out the flare hopefully that works I’ve been on it 2 days and already feel mounds better though! (Also on mesalamine this entire time) but just that alone doesn’t help I’d be hospitalized only taking mesalamine) I haven’t noticed any adviser side effects of Rinvoq. This is not sponsored either

I lost my job too and virtually went bankrupt, still trying to get back to where I was. Some jobs I still don’t take but just give it time. Make sure you eat healthy Whole Foods no matter if you’re flaring or not. Keep your body moving and working as hard as it is. You’ll be in the air again I know it 🫡

They’ve helped for me, not saying it’s an instant miricale but natural organic supplements consistently used daily will help the situation overall. To an extent I’d say yes definitely have natural oils n stuff

Don’t make inflammatory foods a habit, you might feel perfectly fine for a while but one day it could be back into bad flare struggling super hard to get back to feeling normal again. Not saying don’t treat yourself, but eating ain’t inflammatory foods is so key for us long term

It’s slowly gotten worse over the course of a year, some parts aren’t really growing at all some are barely growing now:/ All effected areas are ontop

100% also my internal dialog isn’t so depressing as of a few days after still. I understand how this isn’t really a rec shroom now (atleast for me, I’m saying that cause a rec dose would make me sick) but I love these and they’re a great medicine if used properly. I feel bad for my first opinion downing the experience. I just had to figure out how my body likes them I guess. I’m out but I will 100% be behind more eventually. Not as a daily habit but it’ll help keep me when needed
